Skincare Routine (Night Time)

Hey guys!
I know I have been gone for a while. I really have no excuse. I just got super lazy and I lacked motivation to do a blog post. I really could not think of any new looks to post because lately I have been either wearing "natural" makeup or none at all. So I decided to do something different. I have never showed you all my skincare routine... I want to share it with my readers, I think it is about time! Lets gets started!
(Before and After)
(Excuse the bad quality)
I want to start with a before and after picture. I was wearing full face makeup, the whole enchilada! In the after picture is when I have washed and moisturized my face and cleaned my teeth. The quality is horrible because I was using my front camera of my phone. I did not think it looked that bad but it does. Sorry. Anyways, lets get started with the products and steps...BTW I have changed my eyebrow routine because I changed the shape of it. I might do an updated brow routine.
These are the products I use for my face/teeth. I bought these all in Walmart. Trust me when I say Walmart has great products with awesome prices! The only 2 things I bought somewhere else was the makeup remover and the Crest 3D Whitening Strips. I bought it at Target and the 3D whitening strips I bought at Costco. I will list the names of the products as I am going through the steps.

Step 1: NEUTROGENA MAKEUP REMOVER TOWELETTES
(This is the only picture where I do not include the package)
I started of by slowly and softly rubbing the towelette all over my face. In top right picture I am showing one side of the makeup removed and obviously the other is not. When it comes to removing waterproof mascara it should be done carefully. I have a bad habit rubbing really rough on my eyelashes to take of the mascara. Gently do so and your eyes will be fine.

Step 2: BIORE PORE UNCLOGGING SCRUB
With my clean hands I add a generous amount of the scrub on my hands and start to rub it all around my face. Let me just say that this scrub is the best thing that has happened to me! I have nothing bad to say about this scrub. It leaves my skin feeling so fresh and cool. I have sensitive skin when it comes to scrubs. I have to find a correct one or else I have allergic reactions to them easily. I have only used it for a couple of days and I do feel it cleanses my pores and the best part is....it treats acne! Of course as you all can see, I breakout so much on my cheeks, it is not the business! When I am done, I pat dry my face with a towel that is specifically only for my face. Do not use the same towel that is used for the hands on the face because it has so much bacteria, it transfers to your face.

Step 3: NEUTROGENA CLEAR PORE ASTRINGENT
After I have patted my face with a towel, I go in with a cotton ball and pour astringent on it. I start by rubbing this product on my nose, this is where I have the most visible pores. Then I go where I have the most acne (which is on my cheeks). It does give me a burning feeling around my nose but it is not painful. Also, it does have a strong scent, so if you have sensitive senses I suggest get a less strong one. Other than that this product is really great. It feels awesome on my skin. It makes me know it is working with my acne.

Step 4: CETAPHIL LOTION/CREST PRO-HEALTH TOOTHPASTE/3D WHITENING STRIPS
When the astringent is dry, I add lotion on my face. I generally have oily skin and yes I do add lotion for dry skin on my face. Although my face is oily I like my face to feel moisturized and hydrated. I love this lotion because it does not feel heavy on my skin. It is super lightweight and it does not melt my makeup away. Lotion for dry skin tends to be thicker so it can hydrate the skin, I love that feeling on my skin. So yes, I am wear because I wear dry skin lotion on my oily face! I then brush my teeth with the toothpaste. Let me just say the 3D Whitening Strips works!!! I love it and I am so grateful for my sister because she showed me this! I saw results on her and so I am "let me get that!". I have never had the whitest teeth but with this it has made me feel more confident about my smile!

This is it for the day! I hope you all enjoyed my skin care routine. I will try and do more blog post. I love doing them and I love what I do but sometimes a girl needs a break. Thank you all for the support and for reading my posts. I hope you have a fantastic weekend and take care. Love you ... xoxo

WARNING: I will be starting my nursing assistant classes on Monday so it will get a lot more difficult to do blog posts. I will try my hardest to do it regularly.

Fall Look #4 (Inspired by Linda Hallberg)

I  am back with a new fall look. Today's makeup of the day was inspired by the amazing Linda Hallberg. It is a recreation from one of her recent looks. I decided this can be a fall look for a night out. It is almost like smokey effect. This look is super easy to recreate and all you need is 3 eyeshadows! First lets start off with the look I recreated...

This is a screenshot of Linda's picture from her Instagram. I tried recreating this look. It was actually super easy. In this picture it looks like Linda only uses 2 colors. I tried doing that also but I felt in my picture (which will be below) needed more "smoke" to it. So I added an extra color. I give all the credit to Linda Hallbergs because this is her look and picture. Let's get started on how to achieve this look...
** Face, brows, and cheeks are the same as yesterday's post. This blog post will only focus on the eyes and lips.

Eyes:
  • UD's Anti-Aging Primer Potion
  • Add MAC's Brownscript above the crease. Then blend without adding anymore product on the brush. Blend up to the brow bone.
  • Then with a flat shader brush add Gunmetal from the NAKED palette on the eyelid. I used a heavy hand on this step because I wanted the color to appear dark.
  • In the crease I used a dark brown with a dome fluffy brush. Blend the dark brown in the crease so Brownscript and Gunmetal can blend together and make a soft transtion.
  • On the bottom lash line I used Gunmetal with a small definer brush and added a heavy amount to create a smoke effect.
  • Clean off the excess of the eyeshadow and then go in with Brownscript and add this under Gunmetal. Try to connect the shade together. But make sure that you can Brownscript under Gunmetal.
  • Virgin to highlight the brow bone.
  • Maybelline's Eye Studio Gel Liner in Blackest Black
  • Maybelline's Mega Plush and Falsies Big Eyes mascara
  • Benefits They're Real Mascara
Lips:
  • Since the eyes are so bold, I wanted to use a light pink or just clear gloss for the lips. We want the attention on the eyes and no where else.
  • In Linda's picture she uses a nude color. I do not own a nude lipgloss or lipstick. So I went with a nude pink lipgloss.
  • It still looked great with this shade on your lips because it doesn't take away attention from the eyes.
  • This lip color is Jordana's LOL Super Shiny Gloss in the shade GR8.
Today's blog post was different because it did not involve all the steps to my face. It was mostly emphasized on the eyes and lips. Hopefully you all enjoyed it and I hope you can all recreate it. I give all the credit to Linda Hallberg, this is her look and picture (first picture).
Thank you all for viewing my blog. I love the support. Don't forget to follow:

Deep Purple Smoke (Inspired by Linda Hallberg)

I wanted to do another colorful look. So I did! Today's inspiration comes from Linda Hallberg. I love all her looks and I especially love recreating them. Hopefully you guys enjoy this look. Let's start off by showing which look I recreated. I give credit to Linda Hallberg because this is her look and picture.

This was a really beautiful look and I was so amazed by the pigmentation her shadows were. I recreated that look but obviously with what I have. It will never come out the same but I love recreating them. It is really good practice. Hopefully you all like this look and if you want to know how I got this look, just keep scrolling down...

Face:
  • Nivea Cremé to moisturize all the dry areas on my face
  • NYX's Concealer stick in shade Green to conceal all the redness on my skin and blemishes
  • MAC's Pro Longwear Foundation in shade NC35
  • NYX's Concealer stick in shade Beige to conceal a HUGE blemish on my cheek
  • MAC's Prep+Prime Highlighter in shade Bright Forecast
  • Revlon's Nearly Naked in shade Light
Brows:
  • MAC's Brun eyeshadow
  • NYX's Concealer stick in shade Beige to carve out by brows and make them look clean
  • Coastal Scents small flat liner brush
  • Target's angled eyeliner brush
  • Angled brow brush
  • Spoolie brush
Eyes:
All eyeshadows are from Italia Deluxe The Matte Perfect Match Color Chart
  • UD Anti-Aging Primer Potion
  • Tape on the outside of your eyes to create a sharp clean line
  • I started by using a blending brush and adding a brown shade above the crease. This will be our transition color.
  • Then with a tapered fluffy brush I added a deep purple only on outer portion of the crease. I then use a clean blending brush and blend this color out all over the crease.
  • I added more of this deep purple on the outside to create a smoke look.
  • I then went in with smokey grey color on the lower part of the outer crease and blended it only a third of the way in.
  • On the lid I used a light purple on the empty part of the lid.
  • In the tear duct area I used white. All these shade were matte.
  • On the lower lash line I used the deep purple with a small definer brush.
  • Maybelline's Eye Studio Gel Liner in Blackest Black
  • Maybelline's Mega Plush and Falsies Big Eyes mascara
  • Benefits They're Real mascara
  • Virgin to highlight the brow bone
Cheeks & Lips:
  • ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzer
  • Virgin to highlight the cheek bones
  • NARS Montego Bay Super Matte Lipstick
  • Jordanas LOL Super Shiny Gloss in GR8
This was Saturday's makeup of the day. I really love this look because it lets me experiment with new colors. Also because I love matte colors. I hope you all enjoyed this look and I hope you can try it out. This was a recreation to Linda Hallberg's look. Do not forget to check out her IG @lindahallbergs.
This is Linda Hallberg's look and picture. I give all credit to her. Thank you for viewing my blog and hope you all have a great week!

Colorful Look (Inspired by Linda Hallberg)

I need to start using different shades of color. I am too comfortable in my comfort zone. So I decided today was the day I was going to try something different. This look is a recreation from one of Linda Hallberg's look. Like always, right? She is beyond amazing with her looks, I am totally jealous. So first I am going to start with a "Before and After" picture. Let's get started...

(Before and After)
Woah! That is a big picture of my face. I decided to do a picture like this because I do not usually do them. Also to show others that I go through the acne stage too. My face is not perfect (although I wish it was) and makeup cannot always hide it away. I love makeup but I also love wearing my faces "all natural" to school and sometimes when I go out. So this is how I really look.

The next picture is to show what look of Lind Hallberg's I recreated. I tried, it will never look as good as hers but I like to try and know that I did my best. This is her look, and picture. I give all credit to her because it is her look.

(Top: Mines Bottom: Linda Hallberg)
Like always I recreated a look from the amazing Linda Hallberg. I love her! She is so great and unique in her looks. I wish I was that good. Any who, this is the look I recreated. I hope you can all check out her Instagram: @lindahallbergs. Once again, this is her look, and picture. I give all credit to her because it is her look.
Now let's get started on how I got this look. Hope you all enjoy!

Face:
  • Nivea Cremé to moisturize all the dry areas around my face.
  • NYX's Concealer Stick in shade Green to conceal the redness/blemishes from my face. (As you can see from my first picture, I have a lot)
  • MAC's Pro Longwear Foundation in NC35
  • MAC's Prep+Prime Highlighter in shade Bright Forecast
  • Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in shade Light
Brows:
  • MAC's Brun eyeshadow
  • NYX Concealer Stick in shade Beige
  • Coastal Scents small flat liner brush
  • A small angled brow brush
  • Target angled liner brush (for the concealer)
  • Spoolie brush
Eyes:
  • UD Anti-Aging Primer Potion
  • Above my crease and up to my brow bone I blended a light orange color
  • In the outer/higher part of my crease I use a plum color. Focusing the color in the outer crease and the lightly blending it all over the crease.
  • Then with a fluffy eyeshadow brush I used a light peach on the lid, leaving the outer part of the lid empty.
  • With a fluffy dome brush I used a dark brown and added this on the outer part of the lid and bottom part of the crease. Making it dark with purple and brown.
  • For the inner part of the lid and tear duct area I used a white eyeshadow.
  • On the bottom lash line I used Hustle and blended it out with a small definer brush.
  • Maybelline's Eye Studio Gel Liner in Blackest Black
  • Mascaras: Maybelline's Mega Plush & Falsies Big Eyes, Benefit They're Real
  • White Eyeliner
Cheeks & Lips:
  • ELF Contouring Blush and Bronzer
  • Maybelline's Fuchsia Pink
  • Pink Lipgloss
Today's makeup of the day. I had fun recreating this look. It was challenging blending the orange and purple but I love this look. I think it is a fun day look to wear. It made me feel more confident because I tried something new. I hope you all can get inspired by Linda Hallberg. Thank you guys for viewing my blog.

Maybelline's Vivid Lipsticks Review

It is yet another review! I recently went to Target to obviously buy some makeup products. For the longest time ever I have been wanting to buy some lipsticks that are super bright! And I found some! They are the Maybelline Vivid Lipsticks
Lets begin with some swatches...

(Top to Bottom)
Shocking Coral, Pink & Proper, Fuchsia Flash

Shocking Coral:
Well to begin I bought this lipstick because like I said before I wanted a bright lipstick and coral was the way to go. I love this color because it is super bright and such a cute color that can match anything. It is also a great color you can work with when you want to step out of your comfort zone. It was a tad bit pricey for a drugstore lipstick, it was $5.54 at Target. I know for a fact it can be cheaper at Walmart. I bought it at Target because I was unavailable to go to the other town for Walmart. Anywho, I really like this color. The great part about these lipsticks are that you do not necessarily need to add gloss because it gives it a sheer finish to it. I really recommend this color.

Pink & Proper:
Now this is my second favorite color! I got a less exaggerated pink color because I wanted a lipstick that will be awesome to wear with bold eyes or for a soft look. Yes I love bright colors but a softer pink can be worn perfectly in the daytime. This lipstick has some shimmer to it which can makeup your lips look fuller. This lipstick has more of a glossy finish, which is good. This lip color are for those who still want to be in their comfort zone but want to add a pop of color to their soft look or bold eyes. I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. It is still a great lip color, but it is more for those who like to stay in their comfort zone, which is perfectly fine. We are all beautiful and slowly we grow and start experimenting new things. It is a very cute pink shimmery lipstick.

Fuchsia Flash:
Now comes my favorite lipstick! Fuchsia Flash really inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and try new lip colors that were not just nude or subtle pinks. I love this color becuase it reminds me of Nicki Minaj and the fun crazy lip colors she wears. I really wanted to buy this color becuase it makes me feel more girly and more of a makeup artist. Why I say 'more of a makeup artist'? Makeup artist are not afraid of trying new things, thy love playing with new colors and products becuase they are artist, they want to explore the different things that can help them become a better artist. They are artist, they might not paint in canvases but they "paint" faces. This is how this lipstick made me feel and the revelation it gave me. I love all three colors but this would have to be my favorite. I would recommend adding a gloss to make it stand out more or if you want to tone it down add a nude lipgloss or less pink lipstick. Totally recommend this color I everyone!

Well there you have it loves, my new review! I hope you all enjoyed it and I hope I can help you when you want to buy these lipsticks. I was not disappointed with any if them. Thank you again for viewing my beauty blog.
I love the support!

Pop of Purple (Inspired by Stephanie Prado)

Today's look was inspired by a female who has such beautiful makeup looks on her Instagram. Her name is Stephanie Prado, her Instagram name is @stephanie_dianee. I really wanted to try it out because it was a simple yet level one makeup look. What I mean about 'level one' is because I do not have a lot of experience working with colors so I thought this a good way to practice. So lets begin...

Face:
  • Jergens Shea Butter Lotion
  • MAC's Pro Longwear Foundation in NC35
  • MAC's Prep + Prime Highlighter Enluminator in Bright Forecast
  • Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in shade Light
Brows:
  • For my eyebrows you can go see my eyebrow pictorial in my previous post. But I will list the products and brushes I used.
  • MAC's Brun eyeshadow
  • Flat Liner brush from Coastal Scents
  • Angled Liner brush by Make-Up For You
  • Spoolie brush
  • NYX Concealer Stick in shade Beige
  • Angled Liner brush from Target
Eyes:
  • UD's Primer Potion in Original
  • With a fluffy brush add Buck from the Naked palette in above and in the crease.
  • In the outer corner and half of the eyelid add a light purple and use a dome fluffy brush to pat this color. This to give it a soft look but at the same time blending it in with the brown.
  • In the other half of the eyelid which should be the inner corner use a light matte peach color and pat this with the same dome brush. DON'T FORGET TO BLEND!
  • For the bottom of the lash line I used a bright purple and blended this color with a small definer brush.
  • With that same brush I add a deep bright blue only to the middle of the lash line. I didn't bring it to the ends of the lash line.
  • Just blend these two colors together.
  • For liner I used Maybelline's Eye Studio Gel Liner in Blackest Black
  • On the waterline I used UD's 24/7 Glide On Pencil Liner in Zero

Can it be? Eyebrow Pictorial!

I've been wanting to do this for a while now. It's my eyebrow pictorial. The reason why I've been wanting to do it is because I love showing you guys my makeup routines and/or looks. So here it is! Let's begin...

Step 1:
- Start off with a naked brow
Step 2:
- Brush out brow with a spoolie brush (if that is how you spell it)
Step 3:
- Outline bottoms brow with a flat liner brush, mines is by Coastal Scents

Step 4:
-Outline the top portion of the brow with the same brush
Step 5:
- Shade in the brow with an angles brow brush, mines is by Make-Up For You
Step 6:
- Add concealer on the bottom of the brow, I used NYX Concealer Stick in shade Beige

Step 7:
- With an angled liner brush clean up and sharpen the outline of your brow. I did not add concealer on the top because whatever excess I had on the brush I used it for the top
Step 8:
-Brush out the brow with the spoolie brush to comb out the hairs
Step 9:
- There to have it, a clean well shaped brow.
That was my eyebrow pictorial. I tried explaining everything the way I did it. I hope you all enjoys it and I hope it was very helpful. Please if you have any questions, don't be afraid to ask me.  Okay I hope you all have a wonderful rest of the week. I love you guys and thank you for viewing my beauty blog!

Long Time No Post, Dark Orangey Look

UPDATE:
My birthday was the 16th of August and yes I had so much fun. I am officially 18 years old. I am very excited because I have also started college. So far so good.

I know I have been gone for a while but I just have not had great inspiration to do a blog post because I felt my makeup looks were not great enough to post. But today I felt it was time to post. Today's look was inspired by Linda Hallberg. I tried recreating her look but it did not look similar but I am giving her credit because she was a huge inspiration on this look. Let's get started!

Face:
  • Jergen's Shea Butter Lotion
  • MAC's Pro Longwear Foundation in NC35
  • MAC's Prep + Prime Highlighter Enluminator in Bright Forecast
  • Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in shade Light
Brows & Eyes:
  • MAC's Brun Eyeshadow
  • Outline the brow first with a flat liner brush , top and bottom
  • Then shade it in with an angled brush
  • Next add concealer. I used NYX concealer stick in shade Beige under the brows to clean up and sharpen the shape of the brows. I used an angled liner brush
  • Then brush out the brows with a brow brush
  • UD's Primer Potion in Original
  • I started but using Buck from the Naked Palette and blended out this color above my crease with a fluffy brush.
  • The next colors are from BH Cosmetics 5th Edition 120 Color Palette
  • Then with an angled fluffy brush I added a shimmery dark orange color in the crease and above it also but not higher than the brown color.
  • On the lid I added a light pink matte shade with a fluffy eyelid brush. I added this color on the lid while blending it in to the shimmery dark orange color.
  • On the middle of the lid I added a shimmery light green color. With a flat shader brush.
  • For the bottom lash line I used a black eyeshadow that has green sparkles. I blend it out so it can give it a soft smokey effect.
  • To highlight the brow bone I used Virgin from the Naked Palette.
  • For the liner I used Maybelline's EyeStudio Gel Liner in Blackest Black
  • On the waterline I used UD's 24/7 Pencil Liner in the color Zero
  • Mascara I used Maybelline's Colossal Volum Express and Benefits' They're Real Mascara
Cheeks & Lips:
  • Milani's Face Powder in Dark Tan
  • VS Light Pink Shimmery Blush
  • Virgin from the Naked Palette to highlight the cheekbones
  • Chapstick
  • Jordana's LOL Super Shiny Gloss in 105 GR8

Recreation from Poohbeezy's Look

Hey! So today's look is a re-creation from Poohbeezy's look from her Instagram. I did change one thing but everything else is the same. If you would like to see how I got this look and what products I used, stick around to read more. But first lets look at Poohbeezy's look and how I recreated it. I give all credit to Poohbeezy because this is her look and her picture.

The top pictures are Poohbeezy's from her Instagram: @poohbeezy. I really got inspired to do this look because I usually never do makeup looks involving bright colors or usually any colors at all. I like my neutrals and browns. But I was inspired by this picture because it has bright colors yet is uses browns at the same time. So, I really wanted to do this look because I felt it really went with what I am comfortable with but also doing something out of my comfort zone.

So yes, I give all the credit to Poohbeezy because this is her look and picture on top. If you would like to see what products I used to recreate this look, stay and read. Thank you, and lets get started!

Face:
  • Moisturize the face with Nivea Cremé
  • NYX concealer stick in the shade Green, to conceal the redness on my face
  • NYX concealer stick in the beige to conceal the blemishes on my face
  • CoverGirl Oil Control Anti-Luisance Foundation in the shade Soft Honey (555)
  • Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in the shade Light
Brows & Eyes:
  • For the brows I used Brun from MAC and I started by outlining the brows top and bottom with a Coastal Scents Elite Flat Liner Brush
  • I then filled it in with a brow angled brush and brushed it out with a brow brush.
  • To make the brows look sharp and clean I used the NYX concealer stick in the shade beige with UD shadow brush that came in the Naked Palette to clean up the bottom and top part of my brows.
  • I primed the eyes with UD's Primer Potion in Original
  • I then put tape to the ends of my eyes to make the eyeshadows have a sharp clean finish
  • I started with a matte yellow shadow and rubbed it all over my eyelid and into my crease. I added this color until I got the brightness I wanted.
  • Then above my crease, I used Buck from the Naked Palette using a fluffy blending brush I blended this color above my crease. I did not bring this color in the inner corner of my eyes.
  • Then I blended out the brown and yellow in my crease.
  • With a small fluffy defining brush I added a teal shimmery color under my lash line and buffed it out all the way to the inner corner of my eye. I added this color until it was a deep teal color.
  • Then with the same brush I added a baby blue shimmery color and added it on top of the teal color until it was a bright baby blue shade.
  • Since I wanted I deeper brown where the brown and yellow connected I added DarkHorse from the Naked Palette with a fluffy angled brush in the crease. I only added a small amount because I did not want a dark line there. I blended that color with a fluffy brush.
  • In the tear duct area I used a shimmery white shadow with my pinky finger. This gives the illusion of brighter and wider eyes.
  • For liner I used Maybelline's Gel EyeStudio Liner in Blackest Black and made a small but thick liner and wing.
  • In the waterline I used UD's 24/7 Kohl Pencil in the color Zero.
  • For Lashes I am using Ardell's Wispies Lashes and mascara Maybelline's the Rocket Volum Express for both top and bottom lashes.
Cheeks & Lips:
  • Milani Multi-Purpose Face Powder in Dark Tan (07)
  • Blush is a shimmery soft rosy pink blush
  • Benefits Whats Up Highlighter Stick
  • Nivea Cremé to moisturize the lips
  • MAC's Mattene Lipstick in Night Violet
  • Jordana's LOL Super Shiny Gloss in 105 GR8
Well that was my makeup of the day! Please if you would like to see more follow me on:

Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder Review

Today's blog post is a review on a new pressed powder that I recently purchased from Walmart. Well, it is a new product for me. As you can see from the title it is Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder. Lets begin!

To start of I purchased this product with my own money that I worked for.
I really wanted to try a new powder because as most of you know, I would use Revlon's PhotoReady Translucent Pressed Powder. I liked that powder but it had some shimmer or sparkles on it and I wanted something matte. I was originally going to buy another PhotoReady powder but in a different shade.

But the whole point of me going to Walmart was to buy some new products. Since my favorite drugstore brand is Revlon, I decided to look for some new powders. I saw this one. When I first grabbed it I thought the shade Fair was dark. It looks dark in the package when you first see it. But since I was not too sure about Fair, I decided to get Light (I thought I would risk getting a darker shade).

So when I opened the package it no longer looked dark. It actually looked too light for my skin. So I thought "Crap! I just bought a powder too light for my skin!" I was actually disappointed because I had spent $7.49 which is not bad but still it is money.

I then swatched it on my fingers and it did look too light. I was afraid to use it. But I decided to give it a  try anyways.

OH MY GOSH! I fell in love! I was so surprised how perfect this matched my skin! I really did think it was going to be to light on my skin. Since my neck is darker than my face I always buy face products that will match my neck. And this matched my neck perfectly! I actually felt bad that I was talking bad about this product without even trying it out.

It makes your skin look so soft and it leaves it matte all day! It feels so light on your skin, it does not leave your skin with that cake feeling. It also feels really soft on your face. I have naturally oily skin and this mattified my skin. It is so light-weight and perfect. My skin color is usually beige and so to use a powder that is Light was a bit of a shock to me. It matches your skin perfectly. I love it. This has become a favorite of mines. And it does not have an icky smell to it either.

Yes, I would totally recommend this product to those who want that soft yet light-weight look. It keeps it matte all day and it matches skins easily. It keeps your skin looking soft and it does not feel cakey. I would keep re-purchasing this product.

This was my review. Remember this is based on my opinions and my thoughts. I was not paid to do this review.

Okay so I hope everyone has a great week and I will talk to you all soon! Love you!

Daytime Silver Makeup Look Inspired by Linda Hallberg

To start of this was one of my favorite looks to recreate! I love the way it came out in the end. Linda Hallberg is one of my favorite Makeup Artist out there. She has the most amazing looks and she never disappoints. I got this picture from her Instagram, so if you want to check her out her IG name is @lindahallbergs. I tried to recreate this look with the products I had that looked similar, so no it will not look exactly the same but I tried.
My version of this look is not as pigmented as hers but I tried to use similar shades. I recreated this look and I hope you all like because I really love the way it came out in the end. This was a day look so it will not look as dark. So I give credit to Linda Hallberg because this is her picture and her look. I do not own this picture, it came from her Instagram: @lindahallbergs. Check her out because she is super talented. Alright so lets get started!

Face:
  • First step I started with a clean fresh face and moisturized with Nivea Cremé
  • Second step sprayed ELFs Makeup Mist & Set
  • I used NYX Concealer Stick in the shade Green to conceal the redness around my face
  • I then used CoverGirls Oil Control Anti-Luisance Foundation in Soft Honey (555)
  • Then I used Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in the shade Light. I love this foundation, I think I will do a review on it.
Brows & Eyes:
  • I used Brun from MAC to outline and fill in my eyebrows. I have a tutorial on how I do my eyebrows in my Peach Brown Pictorial.
  • I did something this time to make my eyebrows appear more clean. I used concealer to clean up around my brows. I know a lot of MUAs do this but I never did because I was still learning but I decided to do it for this look, and to be honest I LOVED IT! I used NYX concealer stick in the shade Beige.
  • I then primed my eyes with UD's Primer Potion in Original.
  • Then with the Naked Palette I used Buck and with a fluffy brush I added this shade above my crease. I did not put a heavy load of brown. Then I dusted some in my crease and lid, just a tad bit.
  • With an angled fluffy brush I got a deep purple that almost looks black. It was a very deep violet/purple color from BH Cosmetics 5th Edition 120 Colors. I added this to the outer corner under the brown and blended it a third of the way into the crease. Do not add this color close to the inner corner because we a soft smokey effect.
  • Then I added more primer on the lid where there is no product. Just a little bit because you do not want to ruin you beautiful work.
  • I then went in with a medium/dark silver color from the Naked 2 palette. I added this color all over the empty space. I added about a good amount because I wanted it to look very pigmented.
  • Then with a very shimmery bright silver, I added this on top of the medium/dark silver. The bright silver is from the BH Cosmetics 5th Edition 120 Colors.
  • I added this around my tear duct area and on my lash line, only close to the tear duct area.
  • Then with a matte black, dusted some on the outer corner under the deep purple just to make it a bit darker. Only dust a little, remember it is a daytime look.
  • Then on my lash line I used the deep purple shade and blended to the silver.
  • I used Maybelline's Gel Liner in Blackest Black, I did a small wing, nothing to dramatic.
  • For lashes I used Salon Perfect 105 Lashes in Black.
  • For Mascara I used Maybelline's Mega Plush Volum Express.
Cheeks:
  • To contour I used of course Milani's Face Powder in Dark Tan
  • Blush is from VS makeup set, the blush has subtle shimmer. It is a rosy pink blush, very light.
  • Benefits Whats Up Highlighter Stick
Lips:
  • Nars Pure Matte Lipstick in Montego Bay
  • Jordanas LOL Super Shiny Gloss in 105 GR8
Well that was my version of Linda Hallberg's makeup look. I hope everyone enjoyed it and if you want please follow me:

Copper Look (Looks like Gold)

Hey so todays post is not a pictorial but it is a post on what products I used to create this look. I got some new products also, so I will post it.

Face & Lips:
  • Nivea Cremé
  • CoverGirl Oil Control Anti-Luisance Foundation in the shade Soft Honey.
  • NYX's Concealer Stick in the shade Green to cover redness around my blemishes.
  • Revlon's Nearly Naked Pressed Powder in the shade Light. I only dusted powder on my T-Zone.
  • Nars Montego Bay Pure Matte Lipstick.
Cheeks:
  • Contouring I used Milani's Face Powder in Dark Tan
  • Blush I used VS blush. I do not remember name, but a rosy pink blush with subtle shimmer will do.
  • Highlighter I used Benefit's Whats Up Highlighter Stick
Brows & Eyes:
  • Brun from Mac for eyebrows, using an angled brow brush
  • UD's Primer Potion Original.
  • Since I used a loose shimmer powder, I did one eye at a time. The reason for this is because the primer needs to be nice and wet so it can be used as a base for the powder. I used Makeup Forever Star Powder in 922, like a copper color.
  • The powder goes all over the lid and into the crease. I dab rather than slide the powder.
  • Then I went in with Buck from the Naked Palette and added this color over and in the crease, with a fluffy brush.
  • Then with Blackout from the Naked 2 I add this to the outer corner of the eye and blend out in the crease. I do not use alot of black, because it was more of a day look.
  • To highlight the brow bone I used Virgin from the Naked Palette and I also used it to highlight the tear duct area.
  • For the bottom lash line I used DarkHorse. I only added this shade in the outer part of my eye.
  • For top liner I used Maybelline's Gel Liner in Blackest Black.
  • Lashes are Ardell's Wispies Lashes.
  • On the waterline I used UD's 24/7 liner in the shade Zero.
  • For mascara I used Maybelline's Colossal Waterproof Mascara.
That was today's look, I hope this helped. I hope everyone is having a great week and I hope you all can recreate this look. I love you all. Do not forget to follow me on:

Peach Brown Makeup Pictorial :)

Today I did this look inspired from once again Nicole Guerriero! This is from her YouTube Channel also! Okay well you guys better be happy because I actually made a pictorial on all the steps, I did a full face pictorial! So happy it to share it with you guys, okay lets get started!
Picture #1:
1. I started obviously with a fresh clean face and moisturized it with Nivea Creme.
2. It does not show in the picture what I used but I used NYX Incredible Waterproof Concealer in the shade Green. This helps control the redness on your skin. I only used this where I have blemishes.
Picture #2:
1. I used CoverGirl Clean Oil Control Anti-Luisance Foundation in the shade Soft Honey (555).
2. I dabbed the foundation all over my skin and neck. I focus more on my cheeks and neck because that is where I have more discoloration. And I am a huge pusher about blending your foundation on your neck! Remember your neck has to match your face!
3. I use E.L.F's Powder Brush to blend in my foundation.
4. Just buff it out until everything is well blended and no streaks.
Picture #3:
1. I use Brun from MAC. I start by outlining the bottom of my brow with a Coastal Scents BR-B-S40 brush.
2. Then with the same brush I outline the top of my brow.
3. With my Make-Up For You Angle Brush I fill in my brow and blend it out with my Make-Up For You Eyebrow Comb.
Picture #4:
1 & 2: I prime my lids and only my lids with Stila Prime Pot in the shade Taffy.
3. To prime the rest of my eye I use Urban Decay's Primer Potion in Original.
4. I then would add tape to make the eyeshadow a clean fnish but since I could not find any I used the back of a sticky note. Ghetto I know but who cares, improvise right?
Picture #5:
1. I used a Coastal Scents BR-B-S06 (fluffly) Brush. I used the Naked Palette, the shade Naked.
2. I added this over my crease, so I know where not to bring my eyeshadow too high.
3. Then I used BH Cosmetics 5th Editon 120 Color Palette Eyeshadow. I used a shimmery peach color, with a Make-Up For You Short Eye Shadow Brush.
4. I dabbed this color first so there will not be so much fall out. Once I dabbed it, I start gliding it all over my eyelid and up to my crease.
Picture #6:
1. I used a Coastal Scents BR-B-S06 (fluffly) Brush. I once again used BH Cosmetics 5th Editon 120 Color Palette Eyeshadow. The shade I used was a like a Taupe Brown, as you can tell its not very dark like the other browns.
2. I added this color right where I used the color Naked from before. So I add the color over and in the crease. I blend it out so there will not be a harsh line in and over the crease.
3. Then with the shade I used for my brows, Brun from MAC. I used Coastal Scents BR-B-S09 Brush.
4. As you can see I added Brun under the brown color and blended it into the crease very softly. If you go in harsh, you will make a harsh line and it will take longer to blend.
Picture #7:
1. I then go back in with Coastal Scents BR-B-S06 (fluffly) Brush, with no additional product. I just blend everything out so no harsh lines are visible.
2. During our blending you lose some of the eyeshadow from your eyelid. That is normal, just go back in with the same brush as before and more of the eyeshadow.
3. I used Virgin from the Naked Palette with a Coastal Scents BR-B-S14 Brush.
4. I add this color on my brow bone to enhance it. If there is a harsh line between the highlight color and the browns just blend it out with a fluffy brush.
Picture #8:
1. Then with a Coastal Scents BR-B-S01 Brush to pick up the color DarkHorse from the Naked Palette.
2. I buffed out this color on my bottom lash line making it thick in the outer corner and then thin in the inner corner.
3.With the same brush, just clean off the other eyeshadow, I used Sin from the Naked Palette.
4. I added this color in the tear duct area bringing it up to the peach color and connecting to the DarkHorse color on my bottom lash line.
Picture #9:
1. NYX As If It's Your Natural Skin Concealer in the shade Beige.
2. So #3 is supposed to be #2 sorry. Outline with the concealer an upside down triangle.
3. So #2 is supposed to be #3 sorry. Fill in the upside down triangle with your concealer.
4. Do this to both sides. It will give the under part of your eyes a highlighted effect, while concealing your dark circles.
Picture #10:
1. Maybelline New York EyeStudio Gel Liner in Blackest Black with a Coastal Scents BR-B-S15 Brush.
2. I started by drawing out a line right where the eyeshadow ends. I traced that clean line.
3. This picture was supposed to show how I connect it to my lash line but that obviously it did not show that.
4. This shows how the finished eyeliner. Honestly to conquer the winged liner just takes practice. I'm not really good at it, I'm still trying to perfect it but I have gotten better. So just practice!
Picture #11:
1. CoverGirl Oil Control Anti-Luisance Foundation in the shade Buff Beige (525).
2. I dab the foundation right on top of the concealer. Be careful and do not add to much because then it will look TOO light under your eyes.
3.E.L.F's Small Stipple Brush.
4. Buff out the concealer and foundation all the way up to your temples, bridge of the nose, chin, and forehead. Blend it out really well because no one wants to see the line difference on your temples or cheeks. So blend!
Picture of #12:
1. Revlon's PhotoReady Translucent Pressed Powder with a Coastal Scents BR-B-S27 Brush.
2. I use this to mattefy the under parts of my eyes.
3. Revlon's PhotoReady Translucent Pressed Powder with a Make-Up For You Powder Brush.
4. I just add this powder all over my face for a matte finish.
Picture #13:
1. Milani Face Powder in the shade Dark Tan (07) with a Make-Up For You Contour Brush.
2. I add the bronzer under my cheekbones and a littler bit over my cheekbones. I blend it out towards my temples and forehead. I also add some on my neck.
3. This blush is from a Victoria's Secret Makeup Set, I do not know the name but a pink/peachy color blush will work. With a Make-Up For You Blush Brush.
4. I just dusted some of that blush on my cheeks over the cheekbones and a tad on the apple of my cheeks. I'm a fan of blush but when I have blemishes I tend to not add so much because it makes my blemishes stand out.
Picture #14:
1. Benefit's Whats Up Highlighter
2. I add this on the high points of my cheek bones. I just do a line and blend it out with my finger until the line is no longer very visible.
3. I use again the same bronzer and use Make-Up For You Contour Brush.
4. My nose is already pointy so there really is no need for me contour but I do it to add some warmth to the middle of my face.
Picture #15:
1. Maybelline's The Mega Plush Volum Express WaterProof and The Colossal Volum Express WaterProof Mascara.
2. MAC's Mattene Lipstick in Night Violet.
3. I just added this all over my lips, I did not use a lip liner or lip brush, but I recommend to do use these for a more precise and clean look.
4. And we are done. I hope you all stuck around to read everything. This post is long because of all the pictures. But it did does not take long to do this look. I hope you all can re-create Nicole's look, she is Amazing!
